In pasture, 40m S of townland boundary with Baggotstown West and 160m NE of the Morningstar River. A possible ditch-barrow (LI040-216002-) lies 20m to the SW. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a circular cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 89; AP 5/2105). No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage. Faint trace of circular-shaped cropmark visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 14/09/2019 .
