Baroile

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Baroile as Chambered Cairn (neolithic). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn; dates to the earlier part of the Neolithic period in Scotland, approximately 3500–2500 BCE. Chambered cairns are significant as early communal burial monuments, reflecting complex social structures and ritual practices of Neolithic communities.
