Eighteenth century 2-storey gable-ended house; c. 100m E of Ballyannan Castle (CO076-020003-). Entrance front (S) of 5 bays flanked by 2-bay, 1-storey gable-ended wings; central round-headed door. Central hipped stairway projection at rear. Courtyard to rear enclosed by farm buildings.
