Baa-neap is a small peak in the Shetland Islands, rising to approximately 150 metres above sea level. It is part of the rugged, volcanic terrain characteristic of the Shetland landscape, and like many local features, may have Old Norse origins in its name, reflecting the islands' Norse heritage.
