Auchnagallin

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Auchnagallin as Cairn (period Unknown). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Auchnagallin is a Neolithic cairn, typically dating to the earlier part of the first millennium BCE in Scotland. Such cairns are significant as they represent early funerary and ritual practices of Neolithic communities.
