Brodick Castle, located on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, was originally built in the 13th century and later expanded by the Campbell family, who held the island from the 14th to the 19th century. It is important as a historic seat of the Campbells of Arran and as a well-preserved example of Scottish island architecture.
