Gardener's Lodge at Arran, Brodick Castle stands as a mid 19th Century building in North Ayrshire. It may have served the castle gardens, giving a keeper somewhere dry while storms moved across Arran. The exact purpose is no longer written, but the shape of the work is plain: a small house built to support a larger place.

Brodick Castle, including the Gardener's Cottage, was built in the mid-19th century as part of the estate of the Campbell family, who were prominent landowners on the Isle of Arran.
