Ballyministragh in County Down, Ireland holds a possible enclosure visible only through crop growth above buried earth. The uncertainty in its name preserves what is missing: a clear boundary, date and purpose. The field may have marked a home, a boundary or a ceremonial place, but the earth has not given that answer back.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as AP Cropmark- Possible enclosure (rath?). Recorded period: UNCERTAIN. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
