Anomalous stone group in Ballymichael — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Five metres south of a buried boulder, three stones still stand on the Ballymichael hill: two quartzite, one sandstone, the smallest marked with a carved Latin cross. They are not a chamber, alignment or named shrine, but a small cluster left visible in pasture. That much is known; the rest belongs to imagination. Someone may have set them, remembered them or simply stopped removing them when the land changed around them.

In pasture, atop hill and 5.5m S of boulder burial (CO083-059001-). Three boulders, two of quartzite, the other sandstone: Stone A (H 0.8m; 1.2m x 0.84m) lies immediately to W of stone B (H 0.55m; 1.4m x 0.98m); Stone C (H 0.35m; 0.61m x 0.51m) lies 1m to S of B. A simple Latin cross is inscribed on the upper surface of stone C. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
