Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Allt Na Cardich as Ring Cairn(s) (neolithic) - (bronze Age). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1km. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic ring cairn, possibly later reused in the Bronze Age. Its significance lies in its contribution to understanding early ritual and funerary practices in prehistoric Scotland.
