ALBERT'S MEMORIAL GARDEN IN MEMORY OF ALBERT ROOKE THE LAST HARBOUR MASTER OF BIRMINGHAM
Albert's Memorial Garden was established in honour of Albert Rooke, who served as the last Harbour Master of Birmingham and played a key role in the city's port operations during the 19th century.
