Freestanding monument, unveiled 1957. Street fronted with snecked rock faced limestone boundary wall to perimeter having tooled cut-limestone rounded coping.
A monument presented by the Argentine Patriotic Association commemorating Admiral William ""Guillermo"" Brown (1777-1857) 'the greatest naval Argentine hero' (cf. 31206013). NOTE: Signed by Julio César Vergottini (1905-99).
