Castlehill’s Virginia Court still stands as a sharp-edged balcony block, its modern lines cutting through the old Aberdeen skyline. The building belongs to the twentieth century, yet it occupies land where castle shadows and maritime trade have moved for centuries. Its balconies reach outward like hands testing the air, inviting people to stand above the street and watch the city breathe.
